Iceland Dance Company in collaboration with the National Gallery of Iceland present:
On Sunday November 26th and Friday December 1st, at 12:30 pm the Iceland Dance company will perform a part of the piece “Seasons” on the fourth floor of the House of Collections on Hverfisgata 15.
“Seasons” is a new Icelandic dance piece by Snædís Ingadóttir and Valgerður Rúnarsdóttir, staged in collaboration with the Icelandic Dance Company. The work is about the art of dance, the passion to dance, the joy of living and getting to grow old. An excerpt from the work will be performed and the full premiere will be on January 13th on the main stage of the City Theatre.
The dancers of the piece are Eydís Rose Vilmundardóttir, Sarah Fisher Luckow, Shota Inoue and Sara Lind Guðnadóttir (student).
