School Groups
The National Gallery offers interesting possibilities in museum-education for students of all levels, at no charge to the schools.
Groups from kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools and universities can get guidance accompanied by a museum-teacher on weekdays from 10:00 to 16:00. The visit takes about an hour, but a longer visit can be negotiated if requested. The maximum number of students in a group is the equivalence of one class (about 25 students).
We welcome student-groups of all ages that want to visit, with or without the guidance of a museum-teacher.
It is recommended that groups who come on their own during museum opening hours, notify the relevant museum of their arrival.
